The OIKT procedure for EET implementation in the second wave:

Preparatory stage

Finding out how the EET second wave will affect CZU Prague

An e-mail sent to the chancellor, EO asking for the details of what operations and what specific revenues, or revenues for what products and services the second wave of EET will relate to.

Contacting the XTCard supply company with a request for three types of cash register systems, or to three types of cash register designs. I asked for an offer with specifications for a mobile set for locations without a data and electrical network, then a cheap desktop version without a touch screen and no possibility of connecting to the UEW payment terminal and no possibility of connecting to the bank payment terminal, and ultimately the most expensive all-in-one alternative with a touch screen. The contact was over phone and a reminder was sent by email on 10 February 2017.
We received the relevant information on the number of establishments and we received a list thereof from the bursar, who obtained this information from the secretaries of each faculty, but it was not clear whether all these operations would have an EET obligation as of 1 March 2017.
OIKT sent an email to the faculty secretaries asking for a list of the specific items whose revenues at the relevant establishments will be subject to EET, and whether connection to UEW is required due to the creation of cash register orders. The deadline for responding to connecting to UEW and for sending lists was 17 February 2017. The email was sent to individual secretaries and responsible persons on 13 February 2017.
February 2017: documents for an order, or for issuing price offers were sent to the supplier company

February 2017: OIKT received the last item lists of goods and services subject to EET

The second round of cash register training took place, where, among other things, knowledge of the operation was obtained and the suggestions from the cash register staff were incorporated.

Cash register all-in-one PC with a touch screen

Mobile cash register

PC Acer Switch 10 V LTE, parameters:

Display 10.1”, Intel x5-Z8300, RAM 2 GB DDR3, eMMC 32 GB, Bluetooth, 4G modem, Win 10 Home, Maximum reported battery life: up to 10 hours of operation.
Warranty period: 1 year.

The following data must be entered into cash registers in order to establish a connection to any EET cash register:

Number of the cash register (the cash registers usually do this on their own, or this is determined by a local administrator)
Establishment number (determined by financial administration according to the following procedure)
Certificate (determined by financial administration according to the following procedure)
Certificate password (local administrator comes up with it)
