You must be a full-time student and have the UEW and discount application uploaded on your ID card. The discount application is uploaded directly with the UEW at the SIC cash desk.
After the discount application is successfully uploaded, the student will need to upload the discount coupon for the relevant month at any charging kiosk on the CZU premises. If the discount coupon is not uploaded, the subsidy will not be granted.
The coupons are always monthly.
Yes, you are. As an employee (if you have worked the set limit of 3 hours a day and you use the CZU employee card) you can either have a subsidized meal at the cafeteria, or if you do not use the subsidized meal at the cafeteria, you can take the meal voucher back. As a student, you are also entitled to be granted a subsidy in the total amount of 36 CZK outside the cafeteria at the FOOD POINT stores.
The subsidy is provided immediately when paying for goods.
The student pays the subsidized price directly at the store and will receive the receipt with price as recorded at the cash desk.
Full-time students are entitled to a subsidy in the maximum amount of 36 CZK per day (the sum of meals taken outside of the cafeteria).

The student does not have an uploaded coupon – in such a case the student cannot draw a discount. Coupons are uploaded at kiosks on the CZU premises. Kiosks are located in the SIC building, in the entrance hall to the cafeteria, in the JIH dormitory, and at the FEM, AGRO, FES AND TF faculties.
The student has a coupon and 36 CZK available – the student has the card prepared for receiving subsidized food.
The student has a coupon and only part of the daily discount available – the student may draw discounts until the daily limit of 36 CZK is exhausted. The goods will then cost the full price.
The student has a coupon and the discount is exhausted – the full price will be charged when purchasing food at the buffet.
