OIKT manages end user stations, including all peripherals. This means in particular the management and carrying out of central administration of end stations using standard tools, dealing with incidents and requests at the stations and providing second level user support. This area also includes the technical administration of payment terminals and readers for registering claims for UEW subsidies, UEW recharge kiosks, and the administration of CZU Prague info panels and information kiosks. We run the LANDesk Management Suite central administration tool, which provides the following features:
- SW inventory
- HW inventory
- Deployment SW (remote installation)
- Remote control (remote access) for dealing with incidents a requests of users and at end stations
- Provisioning of end stations – delivery of the operating system including all settings and applications according to user requests
- Reporting over the databases of CMDB end stations
- Patch management – delivery of patches for selected applications
- Creation of installation packages
