The IT Helpdesk is a specialized workplace under the DICT, which provides first-level technical support. This involves processing and handling user requests and incidents in the CZU environment and handing them over to responsible specialists. The transmission of these incidents and requests is performed primarily using the Helpdesk application.
The IT Helpdesk is open from 7 am to 5 pm every working day (holiday operation* 8 - 16). The office is located in the Rector's Office building, door number 002.
